Total time: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 24 Chicken Wing Parts, thawed
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- cup soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine above ingredients. Set aside ¼ cup for basting; cover and refrigerate. Place wings in a large re-sealable plastic bag or shallow glass bowl. Pour the remaining marinade over wings, turn to coat. Seal or cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Place wings on a shallow baking pan, well coated with no-stick cooking spray.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning over and brushing with reserved soy sauce mixture, twice, during the last 30 minutes of baking.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
- After baking in oven, I put into ‘crock pot’ on low temp, to keep warm, if not serving immediately.
- Bon Appetite
